GROUP COACHING SESSIONS

ES Level 3 Regional Academy Coaches Rebecca Moore and Bob Maison are planning to hold a number of group coaching sessions throughout the Summer.
These sessions are aimed specifically at Senior club level players looking to improve on basic techniques, tactical awareness , movement and fitness and will be an ideal way to spice up your Squash and to help provide an improved competitive season for your Cambs league matches or internal box leagues.

Dates and venues will be announced once interest levels are confirmed.

So if you’ve been promising yourself “a better season next year” then take this opportunity to come along and guarantee your improvement.
